Scope of Work
The Implementation Manager II has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical aspects of Telecom Equipment deployment, which includes customer relationship building, project plan of record, project schedule, cost, inventory, and scope creep identification to the Ericsson Customer Project Manager (CPM). This role is used for Wireline, Wireless and Transmission network deployment. It can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services, e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc. Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract conditions. Budget responsible. Ensure work is executed within in the Project OHS requirements. This role also ensures Ericsson process adherence, compliance, and deliverable metrics, including quality assurance benchmarks, delivery cycle-time, and reduced backlog.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and coordinate work
o In agreement with (A)SP Management, Customer and Project Manager, plan the rollout
o Based on the rollout plan, secure internal and external rollout capacity, including OHS monitoring expertise
o Secure call-off process to issue purchase orders towards suppliers and orders for internal resources
o Secure progress reporting and information flows
o Work in 1-4 Service Areas or Markets
o Manage equipment deployment with Service Providers and any other disciplines that interface with the Customer Network facilities, central office or Cell site properties and access requirements
o Submits regular daily/weekly/monthly progress data to the Market Leads, Customer Project Managers, and CFRs.
o Attend internal coordination and progress meetings, providing updates as needed

Manage rollout
o Act on upcoming implementation issues
o Perform progress meetings, on a regular basis, with Customer Project OHS, and Suppliers
o Work in 1-4 Service Areas or Markets
o Manage market level telecommunication cabinet(s) deployment activities including, but not limited to the following: Site Survey, BOM creation, Civil, Install and Integrate with other vendor equipment (DAS equipment)
o Coordinate gathering of customer inputs for data translation team to generate Network design and Radio Network Design information

Experience/Qualification Level
2-5 years: Job-related experience with project builds over 200 sites
