The ADEX team helped fill the Director of Leadership Development position for one of our partners’ customers. When the customer approached our partner and four other recruiting companies about filling the position, they were convinced no one could provide them with qualified candidates to review for the role.  ADEX’s recruiter delivered two of the top candidates and the final hire.  Our partner said it went a long way to be able to successfully deliver someone to the customer’s VP of human resources.
